Directions to Our Ronkonkoma Office (Phil)

Heading East Bound
Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) to Exit 59 (Ocean Ave), get off and make right heading south at gas station. Stay in the right lane. Go through the first traffic light and you will pass a 7-Eleven. Drive very SLOWLY past the 2nd light, and then go over the R/R tracks. We are on the right side - a big yellow and white house with red door and the #2392 on a black mailbox at the curb. Make right into driveway. Park along fence on left side and come to front door.

Heading West Bound
Take the LIE (I-495) to Exit 59 (Ocean Ave), get off and make left under the LIE heading south. Get in the right lane when you see gas station. Go through traffic light and up to 2nd light at the 7-Eleven. Proceed through traffic light and drive very slowly past the 3rd light and over the R/R tracks. We are on the right side - a big yellow and white house with red door and the number 2392 on the black mailbox at the curb. Make right into driveway. Park along fence on left side and come to front door.

From Sunrise Hwy
Exit 49 Lakeland Ave North towards Ronkonkoma - head North and go 8 traffic lights. The 5th light will be Vets Hwy - there is a diner on the corner. As you cross over Vets Hwy, Lakeland Ave becomes Ocean Ave. As you approach the 8th light, look to your left for a big yellow and white house with red door. Get in the middle turning lane and look for a black mailbox at the curb with the number 2392. Make left into driveway. Park along fence on left side and come to front door. If you crossed over the R/R tracks you went too far.

Directions to Our Plainview Office (Phil)

Heading East Bound
Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) EAST to Exit 48 (Round Swamp Rd). The Best Western Premier Plainview-Long Island Hotel is on the right side after PC Richard. As you get off the exit ramp move into right lane and go very, very slowly and turn right into hotel entrance – after bushes before gas station and traffic light. Drive to the front of hotel to main entrance. Look for Phil sitting in the back of the lounge.

Heading West Bound
Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) WEST to Exit 48 (Round Swamp Rd). Get off and make left at light and go under the LIE. Go past Cumberland Farms gas very slowly. Make the very first sharp right after Cumberland Farms and drive up to the right, to the back of the Best Western Premier Plainview-Long Island Hotel, coming around to the front entrance. Look for Phil sitting in the back of the lounge.

Directions to Our Westbury Office (Phil)

Traveling East or West

Northern State Parkway
Northern State Pkwy to exit 34 (Brush Hollow Road North). Hotel is on the right side next to a movie theatre and the NYCB theatre.

Long Island Expressway
LIE (495) to exit 40 West (NY 25 West - Mineola). Go South on service road. Turn right on to Jericho Tpke and then make the first left turn on to Brush Hollow Road. The Hotel is on the left side after a BMW dealer and next to a movie theatre and the NYCB theatre.
